When I graduadet from school I was obsessed with modern day digital photography and its future possabilities. So much that I did not care though the great street photographer Bruce Gilden did judge my images as just manipulated. Little did I know at that time that I would later on move more and more towards street photography even thoug I should have known as this had been part of my job as a press photographer.

Strawberry fields.....macro food photography

I know my mother said to me that I should not play with food but in this case I just could not helpt my self. I had these fresh strawberries in hand and a macro setup ready so why not postpone the eating and try out the luck in some macro food photography. Tom Waits is said to have pointed out, while driving, to whom ever does send him ideas, that he was indeed driving, and asked him please to wait or send the ideas to someone else. Well I was eating and the Idea came flying to me so there was no waiting neccesary.
