Color of heat is a work in progress I started working on it in 2005. I had in my travels through out Iceland visited some of the geothermal sites that you can find there. They are all very colorful and almost overwhelming. One thing I noticed was the landscape with in the landscape. The small things, that are there in front of us, but most people miss out on because they do not give them self the time to stop and look. Just like in life, there is so much beauty around us which we go a miss because of the all the rush.
Trough middle of Iceland from south to northeast is a crack and it is being speculated that if the big eruption comes this crack will possibly divide Iceland in to two parts. I traveled along this crack stopping at sites where volcanic activity has made impact on the land. These are among the most popular and most photographed sites in Iceland. Still nobody (to my knowledge) has bothered to stop and look around to see what really is there in front of us. In the dangerous geothermal area you can find breathtaking beauty. If you just put life on pause for a while, relax and enjoy.
