Who will shoot the president

Who is going to shoot the president.

I guess I managed to open your eyes with this headline. Well that was my intention any way, and if I managed to do so I am happy. This crossed my mind when I was reading some chat amongst Photographers about the inauguration at Lightstalkers

The point I wanted to make is that I do not like this word used in context with Photography. I do not like it when it flashes to my mind that I am pointing a thing at people and imitating shooting them. I therefore advertise here with, for a new word that is hip an cool and internationally understood.

Un till then I will have to be old fashioned an keep taking pictures or snap a portrait even though I might have a shooting session.
